ABOUT ME
I am currently serving as the Director of Technology at the American School of Brasilia. a school of 700 students from 40+ countries. I have a Technology Leadership Certificate from the PTC and am certified to teach 6-12 Computer Science. In pursuit of my desire to work in education, I earned my M.Ed.and completed student teaching at AIS-Vienna in 2019, after which I spent two years in the classroom as part of the Design and Innovation team at Korea International School. My wife, an experienced 6-12 English teacher currently teaching IB Language and Literature, and I came to EAB in 2022.
My career prior to working in education was as a highly skilled and experienced IT Professional with 20 years of corporate training and leadership, having served as both IT Manager and Director of IT Operations. I hold multiple certifications from the business sector, as well as the education field. Four years ago, I made the choice to move to Educational Technology, and would love to continue putting my training and expertise to work in another international school.
